Structure

The Company’s production and management facilities boasting excellent access roads for truck and rail transport and occupying an area of over 3.5 ha are located in the industrial heart of Dnipro, Ukraine. The Company employs 250 persons.

Products

ArtGrand Wallpaper Factory specializes in embossed vinyl wallcoverings with non-woven and paper backing, using the screen printing technique, hot embossing and chemical inhibition methods.

High product quality, unconventional design solutions, competitive capacity and affordability are key to the Factory’s ability to meet the various consumer needs and tastes.

The product range includes over 1000 items marketed under two brands ― MEGAPOLIS and BRAVO.

Equipment

The state-of-the-art equipment by the German wallpaper production line leader Olbrich enables to implement newest European technologies in our wallpaper printing, using either the expanded vinyl or hot embossing method.

The plastisol production line is a state-of-the-art automated process system. The equipment is from major German and Italian companies. All processes are computer-controlled, most operations are automated and a dual quality control system is in place.

A batching plant by the Dutch company Gemini enables one hundred percent repeat accuracy for each product item.

Colorsat Compast ink dispensing systems provide for the high precision of water-based ink dispensing and ensure excellent surface quality.

Team    

The enterprise’s production shop is led by a team of highly qualified technical experts, with all units efficiently interacting with each other. Most employees have many years of experience in wallpaper production. The high standards of professionalism and advanced technologies in place offer extensive opportunities for bringing the creative ideas of designers and process technicians to life, creating modern trendy wallcoverings.
